Some general terms:
- after an application is received the decision is taken within 7 business days
- leasing term can be from 12 up to 60 months
- minimum downpayment
- no minimum or maximum amounts for deals

Irrespective of the type of leasing a contract can include a wide range of additional services at your choice:
- registration of a vehicle and technical inspection with the Traffic Police,
- purchasing winter tires, seasonal change and storage of tires at the Lessee's expense
- installation of an alarm system, engine oil pan cover and other accessories at the customer's request;
- servicing according to the manufacturer's requirements
- breakdown and road assistance program (round-the-clock information assistance, evacuation, road accident commissar, etc.)
- replacement car
- car repairs under an official dealer's program with the extension of the warranty period for the tern of the leasing contract;
- fuel smart-cards
- driver's services

Upon signing the lease contract the vehicle is insured under mandatory and voluntary (up to 50,000.00 USD) third party liability programs. Usually the Lessor insures the vehicle, but at Lessor's consent the Lessee can insure the vehicle in an insurance company chosen by him.

Russian legal entities and companies with foreign participation

1. Company papers (notarized):
- Articles of Association and Constituent agreement (changes and addenda to them)
- Registration certificate
- Certificate of Registration with tax authorities
- Orders on appointment of the Managing Director and Chief Accountant
- Bank card with samples of signatures
- Basic company information

2. Documents on financials:
-Annual reports for 2 previous years (balance sheets, F.1-F.5) and quarterly reports for the current year(F.1,F.2)(a copy with a tax organ seal).

3. Copies of licenses for certain activities

Representations of foreign companies

1. Regulations on representation

2. Bank reference of reliability

3. A copy of the extract from the commercial register (for the headquarter company of a representation)

4. Permit for opening a representation

5. Power of Attorney from the headquarter company to conduct negotiations/sign contracts and other documents

6. Guarantee letter a from the headquarter company addressed to ZAO "Transport Lease"

7. Income statement for the preceding report period

All of the above documents should be notorised

When copies are submitted, the applicant should also present originals for comparison. ZAO "Transport Lease" reserves the right to request additional documents.
